Government says North East Lincolnshire Council must progress Local Plan as new consultation launched

Housing and Planning Minister Matthew Pennycook said failure to progress the Local Plan would see wasted time, effort and investment. The council has now launched a new consultation period which it says ‘marks the final stage’ before the Local Plan is submitted to the Planning Inspectorate
