We’ll be collecting dried and tinned food for West Marsh Foodbank, along with cash donations for the Red Cross Nepal Floods disaster relief appeal.
We look forward to celebrating harvest together.

Join Lincs Inspire for their Wellbeing Fayre

This FREE fun event is full of activities, taster sessions and information from some fantastic organisations at Grimsby Health & Wellbeing Centre (Grimsby Leisure Centre), Cromwell Road, Grimsby.

 

Local organisations have lots of fun activities planned!

From health checks and flu/COVID vaccinations* to mental health services and local theatre, there’s something for everyone.

Taster sessions include Cha Cha Chair, Rhythm and Resistance, Dance, Line Dancing, Stretch Mindfullness and Relaxation and Circuit Session.

Tour the Wellness Hub

Guest speakers include Amanda Young with an overview of Strokes, Katie Chatburn about Stroke Prevention, Cathy Bennett-Ryan about Caxton Theatre, Mike Collins with an overview of Dementia and Wayne Prendergast about volunteering opportunities.

Don’t forget the raffle!

Tea, coffee and cake will be available at the event with proceeds going to charity
